After millions of years, people can finally stand, move and walk the way in which they were intended!

Nordic walking offers many benefits for anyone who picks up a pair of poles. From the frailest human being to top-level athletes, use of Nordic Walking poles represents an evolution of human movement—as tools to reinforce the extremely necessary human condition of moving with efficient posture, and at the same time conditioning the heart. The benefits of simply walking at a leisurely pace—let alone a faster, harder pace--are compelling for back health, weight loss, bone density, cardiovascular fitness and so much more. Use is ageless and without limits.

Lightweight, adjustable LEKI poles improve lower body gait and core function but what is most remarkable is the upper body involvement. Poles facilitate movement and rotation throughout the torso and upper body to balance out muscular demands. Small rubber tips become your strength and endurance tools that send instant stimulus to postural muscles to keep the structure upright and the back healthy.
